It takes you from the very beginning, showing the basics of the machine, how to cast on single bed, how to set the knobs and levers for different stitches, positions of the front bed, and how to adjust it up and down, how to bind off.
It then shows you how to cast on with the ribber, how to knit the different types of ribbing, how to transfer the stitches, how to do circular knitting, and how to bind off in ribbing.
It shows lots more too, but the above is the basics, then it also shows in great detail how to use the selection box for patterned knitting, what settings to use, and how to attach the second yarn guide (a little tricky to do) for doing two color knitting and jacquard knitting. How to set the selection box for the built in pattern stitches, variations on them, and how to use the Mylar sheets to do decorative stitches.
This description just covers the highlights of the video, but there is much more to it.
The first video on the disc is the basic instruction for learning to use the machine and ribber.
The second video on the disc teaches how to use the selection box, knit in patterning, adjust the controls to vary patterns, and lots more.
